Deletions - statistics

We only need to record statistics for item and bib deletes for Murdoch University material. The reason is that the monthly deletes that we gather are needed for annual CAUL stats, which only cover Murdoch material. We are not trying to record every record deletion as a workflow statistic. As a rule of thumb, if the item starts with m, v, rm, or pm then record the stat as an item deletion (except for Personal copies or brief Reserve (mst) items)
For bibs, record bib deletes if the above items are all deleted from a record (i.e. the last Murdoch item has been deleted - holdings will be removed from LA), even if the bib record remains with attached items from other branches.
