Temporary access to Murdoch & library systems
Use form at: http://our.murdoch.edu.au/IT/apps/forms/pdf/Extended_Access.pdf
The information on our library system (Millennium) comes down from Callista, the University’s Student Management System. Our system says that your membership (which is linked to you being currently enrolled) expired on the 19th of August of this year.
To fix this you will need to ensure that you are currently enrolled (you can check via your MyMurdoch). Once the Callista record is fixed, the system will update Millennium overnight and your privileges will be reinstated.
In the interim or if you will not be re-enrolling but are needing access to complete your Thesis, you can request a Temporary Extended Access to Murdoch University Systems.
This is an IT form used by persons whose enrolment or employment status has, or is about to cease and special circumstances require their temporary continued access to selected services and systems. I understand that this requires the agreement of both your supervisor and IT but if granted, means that they will reinstate your privileges; however, this is just for 30 days.
