Please note that we have been given the OK to stop using status 'a' for special collections.
From now on please use status 'y' for all basement items as well as those located in closed access collections (M-ROOM theses, QM cabinets, Holmes-a-Court and Law Q in the Minter-Ellison Room)
There is still some debate about what 'y' should be called. As you can imagine it may take a while for librarians to agree on a different display so meanwhile we will leave it as IN STORE
