With TLC approval these materials will be shelved at SL (NWL3 ‘rotunda’ shelving) as follows:

Acq. staff will flag material with ‘collocated’ slip including note:
“locate at SL 428 PEN… “
Cataloguers will assign call numbers and item details with the following variations to other material

BIB call number:
428 space PEN[reading level] space [first 3 letters of main entry]

Eg: A hypothetical work with Wells as main entry, reader level 1 would have spine label:

Attendants will need to arrange according to level (PEN1, PEN2, etc) then by main entry letters that follow.

Treat these as sound recording with accompanying books. If LA record is found to be only a kit record, please pass to librarians for cloning to sound format
