After clarification by Kate a further change has been made to this procedure which relates to a section of the Copyright Act which we previously overlooked. Changes to category 2 are in yellow below.

Includes: a)Titles purchased from BBC Active [if licensed – see order record], Ronin Films
b ) Or … as notified by Kate (MUCC)
c) Or … where the item has been copied from another format (e.g. Videocassette to DVD) under s200AB (3) of the Copyright Act, and is required for Lectopia
