EBL trial records note

To easily identify which EBL records are trial records and which are purchased, particularly for detecting duplicate orders I have created a load profile command that will add an 039 field to EBL trial records when they are loading:
039 EBL trial record

This field displays below ISBNs in the Millennium bib record display, so makes it easy to tell if it is a trial bib.
NO 039 note means it is NOT an EBL trial record (e.g. purchased EBL record)

I have now also globally updated all the current EBL trial bibs (20957 records) with this note
