DO NOT USE LA records with encl level K or U. They cause a problem and result in a non-upload of holdings on a record. This is confirmed in the minutes of an LA user group meeting (LASA User Group 3 June):
" At the moment if there is a K in leader 17 that means the record is flagged for review by a member of LA staff and should not be edited."
Please do not download LA records with either 'u' or 'K' in enc lvl position 17. You should find an alternative record.
This doesn’t apply to OCLC records with K enc lvl which has a different meaning inOCLC.
